Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rose-Blossom. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We have a 30 day money back guarantee on all our products. Shipping and Handling charges are not refunded nor credited back only the amount of the product.
We have a small inventory so if the item is no longer in stock we will give a refund or issue a store credit.
If your product is defective or damaged we will replace it. Please contact us and send a picture of the defective or damaged item within 7 days of receiving your purchase to dovermiller@rose-blossom.com
We currently ship to the United States. Items will be shipped approximately in 3-5 days from the time ordered. We work super hard to try to get them out faster.
Shipping process: Please allow 3-5 days for processing your orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
Shipping from Grand Island, NE using USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
